I have a number of roles at the club but my main role for the Leeds Rugby Foundation is to manage the Leeds Rhinos Community Team. This means I am responsible for liaising with my colleagues to make sure we as a department achieve excellence in everything we do, whether this is introducing Rugby League to Primary School children or organizing a huge event like Run with the Rhinos.

Although I'm a volunteer my official title is Schools' Administrator which means I'm responsible for liaising with schools to organise coaching sessions, assemblies and anything schools' ask of us. My hours vary from week to week - this is my average week.

It's the second week into the New Year and I am full optimism. The year ended well after lots of hard work by everyone who produced some great results and the festive break was certainly well deserved at the Foundation. Everyone is getting stuck back into work.

So it's been a busy week for the Foundation. Monday started with a dull wet trip up to Settle Middle School. However the enthusiasm of all the children made up for it in the driving rain.
